The campsite was decent, although we had the cheapest one which was the furthest from the river and did not have any sort of view or anything. They had a large bonfire that night and it was enjoyable. I personally would have picked something closer to the river.

I’ve stayed about a dozen places on the Maine trails over the years. Inn by The River was awesome. Great food and drinks, awesome service and great rooms. From the Mac and Cheese, to the fireplace and great rooms it’s def the place to stay. Can’t recommend it enough. Amazing host!

We stayed here om a part of our whitewater rafting experience.nThe inn was great, staff was very friendly, and the food was delicious.nWe ended up staying an additional night after whitewater rafting so that we didn't have to drive several hours after such a fun experience.nWe also appreciated the whirlpool tub in the king sized rooms.nI would highly recommend the Inn by the River and stay here again when we're in the area.

This inn was the absolute best for so many reasons. The staff was incredible and the food was fantastic. Jackson and Jamie, some of the managers were so welcoming but that goes for the entire staff. I felt like I made great friends with all of them. So many laughs and conversations with everyone who worked there. They had the most beautiful view outside the inn and also had jet tubs in the rooms as well as a balcony. We ended up booking another night because we didn’t want to leave. The food was so so good. The tubing was amazing also. I can’t wait to go back. Missing all of you already.

Amazing setting for, well just about anything I can imagine.nHad breakfast, lunch and dinner here all were truly excellent.nStaff was very nice and extremely helpful.nnCan't speak of their modestly priced rooms but if anything like the rest of the place must be amazing!
