Ramada by Wyndham Lewiston Hotel & Conference Center

As a hotel employee myself I was very unimpressed with the hotel. First, when we arrived they were kind enough to issue us an early check-in. Upon checking in the manager at the desk accidentally authorized our card twice. Therefore, there were $200 being held on our card. He overwhelmingly said they reversed the second authorization immediately and it should be back on our card in 7 days. We aren't wealthy by any means and were relying on the $100 for gas and food. Thankfully we called our bank, and they were able to put the money back on our card immediately. Otherwise, we would have inevitably had no money for food and no gas to get home. There were tons of dust and dirt. To a blind eye, the dreary room may appear to be “clean.” Maybe because I’m used to inspecting rooms I’m a little picky. Although it merely seems they rushed when cleaning the rooms. Many spots were overlooked. There were a few pen marks on the sheets and not much attention to detail in the bathroom. I never showered during my overnight stay because there was a ring around the tub. Unusual things inevitably appeared to be glued together instead of merely replaced and repaired when broken. The dingy hallways were very dark as well. All things considered, I would not stay here again. The night crew never has their masks on. Although the staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the lobby was attractive. Would not stay again.

This place was the best!!!! great customer service and the workers there was polite and very helpful to myself, my boyfriend and my son and I would come back in a heartbeat... the pool was amazing and rooms was very clean and very quit.... see you again

I'm somewhat of a clean freak and I understand that things will get dusty from time to time. However things like the bathroom shouldnt ever be left with body hairs from previous people who stayed in the room. They need to get better house keepers to actually do their jobs. I haven't seen the pool spa yet either so when I do I will come back to update.

Only negative...a small bathroom, but it was clean and appealing. Restaurant was open, food was good. Lots of separation between customers. I'm over 70 and the server/bar tender made sure I was happy and separated from others. She had complete control of the place and should probably run her own place.

House keeping supervisor’s very rude. Bad bad bad service. Need new house keepers and supervisor’s.
