Maintenance crew has no idea what they’re doing. Faced multiple issues that they tried to fix but didn’tnnac stopped workingnAc started leakingnDishwasher stopped working (multiple times)nPlumbing went out which led to drain fliesnWasher didn’t work immediately because they didn’t install it properlynnOverall apartments are overpriced (700 a month for a one bedroom and that’s with my military discount!)nnNo petsnnI would look elsewhere for a nice place to stay

I've been here about a month and a half and am very happy with it! I'm in a two bed two bath downstairs unit. The bedrooms a large in comparison to other apartments I looked at. The carpet seems very new as do the counter tops and appliances. The living room/dining room is giant and the kitchen is a great size as well. It's also very quiet. I never really hear my upstairs neighbors except I can just hear the creaking floor/ceiling from them walking around but I never hear voices which is nice. I've got a great view of the gulf course. I always see the maintenance guys going around and someone vacuums the carpet and cleans the window in the entrance. The only downside is that you have to pay with checks, they don't take cash or have an online payment system. I suppose it's a little pricey but it's worth it for the nice place and the community feels very safe and quiet.nnUpdate:nWe've been here for a year and just signed on for another year. We like it enough to sign for another year! We will probably stay here until we can get a house!

This is a good place to live in the Greenwood area. The apartments have solid layouts and a good size to them. Amenities are average but nothing to complain about, the appliances are decent, but the hot water tended to run out rather quickly. There's a small workout room, but no pool or anything. It is an entirely pet free community, which is what it is.nnThe real selling points are the location right on Main Street, within walking distance of shops and restaurants, and within short driving distance of so much more. The staff is very friendly and maintenance is speedy and courtious. Parking was always great for us, always spaces available in front of our building. The internet selection is both high speed Comcast and AT&T fiber, both great options.nnThe prices are a bit high for the quality of the apartments, but you're paying the extra bit for the location. We lived here for 4 years and our only complaints were always about bad neighbors, which is no fault on the apartments.
