Rigid Restoration replaced our damaged roof. From first point of contact it was an extremely pleasant experience. The customer service was awesome and the work done was wonderful. This was my first time submitting a homeowners insurance claim and Rigid didn’t bat an eye when I had questions. They were very informative and transparent. The crew who replaced my roof were very polite and a ridiculously hard working team. I would not hesitate at all recommending Rigid.

Just want to take a moment here and thank you Larry for all the hard work you and your team put together at my home. The entire process was seamless (from getting the work scheduled, dealing with the entire insurance claim process, etc.). Not too mention the quality of work received was top notch “A+++”. You all are the utmost professionals. Kudos to you and your team. Special thanks to Pete as well for his initial involvement from the very start along with the installers performing the work.

I am very happy to put in a good word for Pete and Larry at Rigid Restoration. They did a great job installing our new roof and our house almost looks as good as the day we purchased it. We initially were hesitant to do business with someone that came to our house and knocked on our door but I’m very happy we took them up on their offer of a free roof inspection. We knew that we had a few minor leaks and Pete showed us pictures where we had some storm damage in those areas. The thing that impressed us the most was the hassle free follow up on an continuing problem after the roof was installed. One problem area continued to be a issue after the new roof was finished, and Larry came out immediately to address this. My husband is a plumbing contractor and we know that not all contractors are willing to take care of problems after they have been paid. Not these guys. They spotted the issue and took care of it that same week by adding additional flashing and ice shield that was above and beyond what the building code required. Best of all they didn’t charge us an extra penny. Thanks guys.

Rigid Restoration did an excellent job on my roof. Larry was a great guy to wok with. His crew was professional and curtious. Their attention to detail was superb and much appreciated. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a quality roof.
