Excellent Customer Service ... I called and left a message explaining what I needed, Ron called me right back. I came in to look around and to test ride a few bikes the very next day .. Megan provided me with best customer service I have ever received from a Bike Shop .. She was knowledgeable, patient, and very kind. Even though I did not know much about bikes, she did not make me feel like an idiot! I feel more empowered and have much more knowledge! I will be back to buy FOR SURE!

GREAT buying experience. After 3 other bike shops telling me inventory wouldn’t be around for weeks (one even said September), these guys had plenty. Told them what I wanted, got me a bike, sized me up, and had me on my way in 15 minutes. Great attitude, super helpful, and just wonderful buying experience. I cannot say enough great things about Ron and FnA!!! You won’t find a kinder, hard-working or more knowledgeable bike/outdoor sport guy out there!
