Hotel room was dirty, carpet hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed, stains on the walls, the sofa chair arms were black with dirt also with stains. The room just looked like they hadn’t cleaned or dusted in months. Even the hallways were dirty, needed a good cleaning. If I hadn’t prepaid we would’ve cancelled and walked out.
My in-laws stayed here the other week. I was expecting them to have a good experience. Instead it was a disaster.nThe room was dirty. Half of the cable channels were unavailable. I had to ask for towels.nWhen I called the general manager, he said he would look into it and call me back. Of course he never called me back and doesn't return my calls.nThere was no breakfast available even though on the website it says that there is breakfast available.nI would never stay here or recommend this place. The only reason why I'm giving them 1 star is because it won't let me post my comment without it.
Nathan and Claudia are two special employee's who I believe both deserve raises. They go far and between for every guest. ( As i witnessed all weekend long.) What a great hotel and great cleaning staff! I travel a lot for business and stay in a lot of hotels, this is top 5 favorite stay this year.......I hope their boss reads this because he has two special employee's who deserves to earn more for their dedication to their job! ( I will definitely book there again!). Thank you ud83dude0a
The room was clean and spacious but in the hallways by the garbage cans and the back door there was garbage pilled up. The parking lot in the back was also littered with garbage and garbage bags.
