Beautiful facility. Our room was lavish and quite large. The pool is absolutely enormous complete with a deep end which you don't typically see at a hotel! Large enough to swim laps.
Very nice hotel, lots of parking available for my box truck. Quick and efficient check in and out. The only downside was having to walk from one side of the building all the way to the other for a vending machine. Location is good, lots of convenience stores/gas stations available and plenty of choices around for something to eat including at the hotel itself. Never disappointed with a Double Tree/Hilton property.
Clean comfortable bed. Great customer service. Do not plan on using the pool if the outside temp is in single didgets, unless you are a polar bear! But this is unusually cold and they are trying to keep it warm.
I would not recommend this hotel. DoubleTree in general and Hilton are good but this particular location I will never return to.
Room are great. Comfy bed.. However the front desk receptionist woman had an attitude as she really hated her job. Friday 10pm - I guess I understand... That’s why I rated this a 2. Customer service is everything!!
