At Lakes we get personalized service and care. The owner and employees know us by name which you don’t get at the chain pharmacies. Lakes Apothecary strives to get us our medications as quickly and affordably as possible. This pharmacy is a wonderful asset to Mundelein and surrounding communities.

Lakes apothecary is simply amazing. My wife and I are lucky to have found this amazing pharmacy. We were so used to dealing with corporate pharmacists from Walgreens or jewel that we never new the difference between them and going to a locally owned and operated pharmacy. Byron is so helpful and caring. He is readily available to answer questions via text or phone. My whole family caught covid a few weeks ago and the owner himself drove to our house after he finished a long day of work to deliver vitamins and thermometers and pulse oximeters. We will never go back to a big box pharmacy’s again. I encourage anyone reading this to go to Byron, you will notice the difference!

If anything, Lakes Apothecary is underrated. They have friendly, professional, responsive staff, work hard to save us money on prescriptions, and are relentless in tracking down doctors for refills. Very highly recommended.

Everything you hear about this pharmacy is TRUE!!! Byron and his staff do go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of!!! I would highly recommend his pharmacy to anyone looking for the best PHARMACY ever!!!
