DICK'S Sporting Goods

Needed my mit restrung called ahead and spoke to a guy named Joey over the phone he said no problem just bring it in and he’ll take a look at it. he reviewed it and it only needed a partial relace so he’d give me a discount and I told him I need it for upcoming games soon and he said no problem. I called on the day it was scheduled to be picked up 3 days later and it wasn’t done then (I told him I just needed it within the next 2 weeks) so Joey gave me a call back and said it’ll be done the next day free of charge. Joey is truly an awesome guy, super friendly, loves baseball, and has great customer service. Definitely deserves more than this review 10/10 would recommend this place, thanks Joey.nn-Tyler H

Great service but do not have the part I need. They have kayaks but you don't have kayak accessories need to fix that great line of clothes

Staff was very helpful with returning a product, finding a replacement and tracking down a boot for me. All staff members were fast and friendly.
