Very disappointed in the level of service. Walked in and he told me to go look online because they had no bikes in stock. As a beginner, I don’t even know what to look for. That’s why I came into the shop. I thought he could’ve at least spend some time giving me some basic information about what to consider when buying a bike. If I wanted to shop online I would’ve never come in in the first place

This was the only place around to have the specific inner tube that I needed. I was interested in late fall riding attire, and it had a variety of choices for what I needed. The staff stayed past closing time at 4:00 so that I could complete my purchase.
