Haynes Construction and Restoration did a great job on my garage roof! An ice storm had damaged it, and Haynes Construction repaired everything in a timely manner. From the initial estimate, to the installation of new gutters, and the last hammering of the shingles, the whole process went smoothly. The entire crew of workers on the roofing job were professional and diligent! Thank you!!!!!

Excellent experience replacing our roof. Great communication with owner, competitive pricing and quality work done. Roof, including venting and repairs, was done in one day and the clean up (of a huge mess) was almost unbelievable. Not a shingle, shard of wood or nail to be found. Everyone friendly too! I have recommended Haynes Construction to family and friends and would call them again myself.

We recently had our roof replaced. We had two estimates given and Haynes was not the lowest (very close bids within $200) but were able to get to our project quicker. Eric was polite and personable.nThe day of installation the crew showed up early and got to work quickly. The problem arose as Eric began talking about the plywood needed for the repair. I believed Eric would have included at least some plywood in the estimate, being that he pointed out areas of our roof that would need plywood replaced during the inspection. I was informed the estimate did not include ANY plywood.nThe end result was a bill about 20% higher than the estimate ($1450). I'm not sure if this is how all roofing companies operate but I find it to be dishonest. When I asked Eric why there wasn't ANY plywood included in the estimate Eric said he couldn't see under the shingles to know how much would be needed; even though he said we would need it when he inspected the roof.nI will say, our new roof looks good and the workers were very good and worked hard all day.nBe sure to ask about plywood, looking at local prices, $50 (discounted from $60) per sheet seems very high. I get there is a mark up but the higher end plywood was about $40 per sheet at the local store.

They were amazing from start to finish! Extremely professional, the workers were punctual and worked very hard to get my roof done in record time. My estimate was my actual too, which leaves for a very happy homeowner all the way around. Not one nail found on the ground after you left, which is perfection. Kudos on a job well done. My roof looks amazing!
