I stopped in close to closing time with what turned out to be a minor brake issue because Rob knew exactly what to look for. Not only did he fix my brakes he oiled my chain and made some great recommendations for the future. His professionalism and knowledge are truly second to none. I would consider breaking my bike and wheels just so I could go in to the shop and get service from Rob and his team. It's a breath of fresh air to have such reliable, dependable, friendly and high-quality service.
