Trek Bicycle Algonquin

Very nice store, and the service is great! They have a variety of bicycles to choose from as well as lots of accessories, helmets, shoes, etc. The service is the best part of the place as far as I'm concerned. Zane is the best. They get your bike serviced in a very timely manner, as good as new, and if you play your cards right and look for special deals, such as their winter/spring tuneup, you can get stuff done for a very reasonable price.

I have been servicing my bikes now for 5 years since moving to Elgin. Customer service is top notch. Everyone there is easy to talk with and eager to help. Zane in particular is the best and always gives you options and smart choices on upgrades that fit my riding style. My next bike purchase will no doubt be from Trek Algonquin!

Our sales person (Ryan) was very helpful in showing us the differences in a couple models we were looking at. He also helped us determine which models he could get in and on what date they would arrive. This helped us given the current long waiting times for some of the models. Very happy to have received both of our bikes on schedule as specified at the time of purchase.

This bike shop did not have the model I wanted in stock due to the shortage. They not only didn’t try to sell me something else they took the time to find me the bike at a different location saving me a ton of time. I would not hesitate to shop hear in the future, they are honest, will help you, and are just great people. Thank you!

Ryan went above and beyond to get my Dual Sport ready for biking season with new tires, chain, and derailleur adjustment. He was efficient and very effective. Thanks again, Ryan!
