IT has been a most unpleasant experience, to this day our roof is still left unfinished, with patched up material and wood property damage. The company has not called us back, after 2 weeks the picked up their dumpster from our property, and so far it has been 2 weeks and we have not heard back from them. Based on our experience and the poor quality of work and unprofessionalism we would say please do not hire this company.
Inexperienced, Unprofessional, and Scary!nnWe had a hailstorm in our area and Platinum swooped in to promise us the world. But as soon as we signed the contract, we were the one having to call them, and when we did, we got threatened!#$@nnMy advice...Just call your insurance to make your own claims, Friends. They'll no question be more experienced than Platinum Restoration in Hillside, IL. And hopefully nicer too.
