They’re one of the biggest in Chicago and they know it. Question the work and expect an angry, accusatory email telling you how’s it’s not their fault. Pure customer hostility at its finest.
Very professional and courteous staff
I did not have a good experience at all with this company unfortunately. When I had questions about the process, my sales guy gave me push back and attitude. My sales guy was recommending new skylights and I was quoted different pricing and when I asked him about that, he was very defensive. Unfortunately, I was not treated in a professional manner and can't recommend this company.
They have served our family office building with integrity.
