I had such a good experience with PROGRESSIVE ROOFING!. Arturo and his crew very responsable and honest! We just replace our house roof and garage! Also our cover patio roof! I Highly recommend them!! They work with our busy schedules!! This makes everything much easier for us!!
I had a roof leak at my rental property which had caused damage to the top floor ceiling. I was given Arturo's number by a friend. He came out and inspected the roof and found the source. He said he might be able to get my insurance company to cover the cost of my entire roof. I was a little skeptical at first but figured I would give him a chance. Sure enough he was able to get my whole roof covered. We were very happy with their service. I'd highly recommend them.
I want to thank Arturo and his crew for helping me with my new roof installation. The did an excellent job and we are very happy.
One of the absolute best decisions I made was hiring Progressive Roofing to do our roof. Our entire neighborhood was hammered with hail damage and we were going to use the roofers our neighbors were all using and decided at the last minute to go with Oscar and Arturo because they didn't seem pushy and set realistic expectations as to how the process worked. Well, several months later, our neighbors are still waiting for their roofs and winter is approaching quickly. Glad they showed up and knew what they were doing to get the work done and approved by State Farm.
Progressive roofing is an amazing service provider. My roof had several areas that needed to be repaired from a preventative standpoint to extend the useful life of the roof. I called them up and Oscar their sales person was out the next day and gave me a detailed estimate that was more competitive than the 3 other estimates I received. I had no issue scheduling the repair and the crew arrived at 8am as they were supposed to and immediately got to work. Oscar came out with the rest of the team and brought them up to speed with what needed to be done and Jonathan the foreman took over after that. As they had to come in and out of my house several times to access the roof they were always very courteous. And they invited me up on to the roof a couple of times during their work to make sure that I understood exactly what was happening and encouraged me to ask questions so that I could feel comfortable that everything was being done to my satisfaction. Additionally the owner Arturo came by and also made sure that everything was going well. What great care and service. And you can tell by the current appearance of the roof that they are excellent craftsmen. I highly recommend Progressive Roofing for all your roofing needs.
