Was able to schedule a flu shot online within 24 hours, but upon arriving there were no signs, a closed clinic, no check in instructions, a long line at the pharmacy and no employees to ask questions of. Finally phoned the store and was told to stand in line at the pharmacy along with shoppers and prescription drop off and pickups. 35 mins later all done. Not a well organized process clean well stocked shelves and adequate parking.
This store has always been the best the staff works hard to accommodate and they are thoughtful and pleasant even when yur not and a clean store.I have been coming here since the 80s living in Oak Park this was my go to store.
I just had the most efficient checkout I think ever at any Walgreens. Didn’t get the name at the register but I was impressed.
Friendly staff adequate merchandise for a neighborhood drug store
The staff members are kind and put the effort into helping when I have gone to them over the years. I have read some of the listed reviews but I disagree with a blanket statement about all the staff based on interactions of a few. I will admit the pharmacy’s staff is challenged at times but my experiences have been mostly positive.
