I called and scheduled service to patch a leak in my roof. I explained that my home was a twonstory and needed them to tell me the extent of the damage and quote me if I needed to involve my insurance. The appointment was scheduled for Monday and payment options were discussed. I thought everything was set only to receive a voicemail on Saturday morning stating that they did not work on two story homes. This has left me in a bind and unable to get someone else out on such short notice as is now a holiday weekend and we are expecting severe thunderstorms on Tuesday. It would have been courteous for the customer service person to know what kind of services they offered instead of accepting my business only to waste my time in the end.

Mr Lopez replaced the Roof on our house . He was very professional from the very begining honoring the contract we signed and the begining date . He was able to finish the work in one day . He also helped us with a claim with Insurance Company by sending the video and documenting the damage of the Roof before and after the replacement . As a result our Insurance covered 2/3 of the total cost .I Thank Mr Lopez tremendously and recommend him to everybody ! Irena Gaber , La Grange Park
