As a commercial property owner, any time you have a project completed, you worry about two things: the quality of the work and the timing. Having used Dream Home Exteriors on a commercial property, I can personally say these guys are in a class of there own. Starting from the insurance process Matt did everything to make sure that both the insurance company and I were well aware of each detail with timely updates. Matt worked on my behalf with the insurance company giving me one less thing to worry about. When it came to the work, the crews were great. The job was completed with exceptional quality, on time, and with no disturbance to the tenants. I would highly recommend Dream Home Exteriors to any residential and commercial property owner.
We have the best looking roof in the neighborhood because of dream home exteriors. We had Derek work with our insurance company after a storm and we got the whole roof with skylight and gutters replaced. Really polite and easy to work with.
