They came out and helped my mom with an inspection on the roof due to a water spot on the ceiling. After figuring out that it was a small fix, they quickly did what they had to do and were on their way. Highly recommend!
In October, Licitra inspected (inferior) work performed by other contractors, took photos and explained the defects; then completed all necessary repairs, including a full roof replacement. Throughout, we were most pleased with their transparency, professionalism, quality, courtesy, and efficiency. I would highly recommend Licitra to anyone in need of roof repair.
Quick response and follow up
I had my garage roof replaced in October of 2017 and my house roof replaced in July of 2018. My garage needed some wood replaced and the crew leader explained other areas that may need some wood replaced. Michael is very easy to work with and very fair. The work crews are very kind and respectful. The clean up was amazing. I am very pleased with their work and refer them to others often. You get what you pay for and the when you get this type of quality work it's well worth it.
Had a nightmare time with a previous contractor who had no idea what they were doing when asked to install new soffits, facia and gutters. Called Licitra after I fired the previous contractor and was so incredibly happy I did. The Licitra crew was meticulous, honest, and produced an absolutely amazing product. Their soffit and facia work was perfection, even difficult transitions were done extremely well. They truly went above and beyond, replacing ALL of the rotted wood facia beneath the newly installed aluminum, as well as ensuring the wood soffits were replaced and vented properly. I would highly recommend them.
