When I first got the call to repair a mobile home I thought wow how is this going to be?nbut was I surprised to find out what a great little gem of a neighborhood this place was...clean from top to bottom. Children playing ,no graffiti or trash,anywhere ..great spot for first time home owners

Its just not very nice. Its not clean and VERY expensive to live here. Not worth it at all

Quiet neighbors. Pets allowed. Reasonable lot rent.
