Staff is terrible at dealing with customers. Very rude. Not friendly what so ever.
Rude staff, they probably mad cause they not getting any... Other that, it a fair place to get down in with fair prices
No b.s i haven't even stayed here yet, i called them to see if they had an availability and the lady who answered was so rude over the phone. She yelled and then hung up. I heard good things about the place before so i was willing to give it a chance, but not after the way she answered the phone. I would gladly take my business elsewhere.
You ladies need to work on your customer service, the attitude is unbelievable...if you hate your job so much go find another one. Maybe something like dog grooming or housekeeping.
The private hotel tour, the professionalism and warmth of the staff, the beautiful views from the room, the service, the bath amenities, the room lighting. Would be happy to stay here again.
