The only complaint I have it the hotel is next to the expressway so out window was over looking the highway. The bright lights from the highway lit up our room all night.They had sheer see drapes. Why wouldn't they have dark drapes that close is beyond me. If they had curtains that actually closed and kept the bright lights out I would have given 5 stars.
I was very displeased with my stay at the Crowne Plaza as I room at this particular location frequently. I could only guess that the individual (I won’t mention the name left on the nightstand), who was in charge to clean the room didn’t have time to clean that day.nnUpon entering my designated room the mattresses for the beds were on the floor along with the pillows which was not sanitary( I do have photos). The front desk representative assigned me to another room which I realized had blood on the wall.nnWe are already dealing with sanitary concerns due to Covid, therefore please be mindful and attentive when cleaning your rooms.
Great place I will be going back for sure. Not to expensive at all. I recommend any couple to go there for sure it is a very nice place.
Even though this Hotel doesn't look like much when you pull-in. The vibe changes when you walk in the lobby. Has an upscale feel and the rooms are nicely decorated and a large walk-in shower.
This hotel don’t even deserve a one star it deserve zero stars.. has worst customer service specially the front desk.. they should start changing employees honestly.. they don’t even explain that they charge you 50& extra when you check in.. and when I when to my room my bed sheets was dirty.. it’s horrible
