Nice place..good price per night..could be cheaper though..
They try to get you by having you pay $45 for 4 hours when you told her all night so after the 4 hours are up she calls the room and then comes to the room being very rude saying we have to pay $75 more for the night when really you should only be giving her $30 more,worse place ever.The dam lady acting like she didnt hear me say all night.
My Fiance and I frequent rooms more often now because the kids are home due to the circumstances that's happening in the world. We have many choices but I choose this one. Once the owner claimed some bogus claims I ignored but tonight pushed me to leave a review. Maybe she was just filling in but her attitude was extremely unnecessary. Even after the owner recognized us and has taken our same cards he still tried to downplay the actions of the woman because she was family. Everyone black isn't crooked Maam! We work hard for our money as well.
The room I had #7 was very nice and clean and very good hot water in the bathroom, and in the shower both of them we're very nice and clean, the office man & woman we're also very nice to me, I had the room for 4 hours, four $45:00 not to bad, I would go there again next time.
Great price, room service, and location. The staff was very polite and able to answer my questions. The price for overnight was very reasonable when comparing price and quality. Being close to Toyota Park was an added bonus for me, I would recommend.
