I stay in this hotel often. The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. If you're n the area for a few days, this is a great place to stay.
Omg!!!! Amazing!!! The staff is awesome and friendly and the place in whole is clean from top to bottom!!!! They answer any questions you may have right away!! Pictures don't do the room justice!! Whenever I come back to visit again I will definitely use Hampton Inn &Suites Chicago-Burr Ridge !!! If I could give 6 stars I would. Can't wait till Covid is over or at least under containment so I can experience all of their amenities!!

Service great but no hot breakfast. At other Hiltons they had it but just didnt have buffet style. Maybe have lobby closed and let guest take to go food back to room etc. Pool is already closed so at least let us enjoy a hot breakfast during the pandemic. My daughter was sad about breakfast we took her for her spring break. At least have good continental luke muffins and donuts . They served boiled eggs, cold bagels and yogurt. Otherwise Guest service was great!
