I absolutely love my home, I've lived here for almost a year and it's a quite, friendly neighborhood. It's affordable and the staff is very good about meeting our needs. Highly recommend this place.

There is ALWAYS something going on with the water. We'll go without water for hours just about every month or every two weeks. This is ridiculous. Not to mention, the streets are messed up. Many potholes. And before I get a comment of any kind... fix things around here instead of worrying about a comment. Get it together!

It was alright

Tons of stray cats, I've contacted the desk person they say to call animal control. Absolutely disgusting. Streets are full of potholes. If you need something fixed you’ll be waiting for months. Not even worthy of a 1 star review. You can’t get help from them to upkeep the house they only care about that rent money!

never issues except with rough neighbors now gone. I came from a very bad apt building with mold, heat gas bill astronomical due to BAD insultation and windows, celling collapsed on my son. My house is great! When I needed a new heater the office was awesome and replaced right away and boy it was cold so I was very grateful. I like some of the riff raff has gone and love all my neighbors! If you want the place to be nice take care of your home and yard. I wish I could do more and plan on working on that part this spring. I am always sorry to hear about bad experiences but I am fortunate I had none and still love my house!! WE the RESIDENTS CAN ALWAYS DO OUR PART TO MAKE THIS A GREAT SAFE PARK AND NICE PLACE TO LIVE!. HAPPY NEW YEAR ALL!! - PEACE - Just read someone say they do not plow - not true at all they certainly were on my street several times and in the good months they are always cutting grass and taking care of empty houses (several evictions that leave the home trashed that i have seen). Eviction happens when you do not pay your rent for MONTHS. There are several places out there that can help with that. Some people are not physically able to plant flowers etc what a great way for the teens running through peoples yards etc that could help with that (ie community services hours required in some schools now) - JUST A REMINDER TRASH DAY IS MONDAY!
