The accommodations and staff were great. I was there for a wedding and the banquet room was amazing. I would give this hotel 4 stars if the elevators were better. The elevator by the front desk was okay but the ones that were closest to our rooms took on average 4 minutes to come after pressing the button. It was incredibly slow. So slow that I opted to take the stairs. I was a hostess for the wedding and navigating between different rooms in different floors and setting things up became a hassle when I couldn't rely in the elevator.
You must try Jameson's! I cannot speak more highly about it. The food was amazing and the service was impeccable. I was totally impressed. The crab cakes made my life complete!
I booked this hotel for Valentine’s Day weekend because they claimed to have jacuzzi suites available. Well when we tried checking in on Saturday morning we ended up getting a regular room with a regular bathroom tub. I spoke with the front desk associate(whom was very pleasant) and he admitted to making the mistake of thinking all suites had jacuzzis in them but really only the “bridal suite” did. He then informed us it was a price difference to be upgraded to the bridal suite. The jacuzzi suite was the only reason we booked the hotel so I asked to be upgraded for free for the inconvenience and the manager complied. WELL THE ROOM WAS A DISASTER. The heat initially did not work along with a few lamps that didn’t turn on. The toilet didn’t flush and the “jacuzzi tub” was dirty,outdated, and rusted. Oh yeah the actual JACUZZI DIDN’T WORK EITHER. I only gave this place 2 stars because the front desk associate Gary was such a sweetheart. I personally will not be returning and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I actually liked.
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was very nice and checking in and out was fast. If I find myself in the area again and need a place to stay for the night they will be at the top of my list.
Hotel staff was great, Doing a lot of renovation try the steakhouse and bar. You will not be disappointed! Shout out to the bartender Danielle, she's amazing!!!
