I've been looking into buying a new construction mobile home. Have 3 young children, wife and I. What are the chances someone with OK credit and a $10,000 down payment are able to get qualified? Specifically for the 3 bedroom or even a 2 bedroom? I'd love to hear from the owners!

Weeping Willow is a very nice and safe community for over 55. We have use of the pool at Country Club, but it’s always nasty. There was a sanitary napkin laying on the stairs for over a week last year, even after I told the girl working. She just shrugged. The pool is always filthy. Im not sure it’s ever cleaned. Im hoping the new owners will address that and fix it. Summer is my favorite time of year and I live hanging out at the pool.
They wants entirely way too much money for the mobile homes and their lot fees are ridiculous it should not cost that much money to live in a trailer park again the lat. Fees are way way too much money I'm surprised nobody has it reported it and the cost of the trailers whether it's a 2021 or a 1995 they want way too much money for them absolutely ridiculous
