Bad deal just bought a place here a few years back and raised lot fees 3 times with no service. Owners are from California and keep changing what we were told. No parking residents fighting over parking spaces. Water pressure is none existent. When we have complaine we have been told dont like it move. Lot fees are as much as house payment and been told will raise again in a year. Also been under construction for 3 years now with no end in site.
Not a peaceful place to live the Mayor is not a good person he has discriminated against me was sold a home that does not meet codes & I did not find out until a few years later .When I wrote to AG Lisa Madigan office she did nothing ,code inspectors knew about it he inspected the home nothing done. Caused many structural damages.
Had to stop in office they are raising the lot fee 50 dollars with no increased benefits. No pool no club house and no set parking for residents we offen fight over parking.The only nice thing is that it is next forest preserve and the woman in the office was very helpful. They sould give her a raise.
Just friendly people who are very inviting
Great place to live. New owners are the best, very nice and helpful.if you habe a problem
