All way getting my meds wrong always have to wait on meds by far the worst walgreens I've ever had to deal with

This locations pharmacy is ran by clowns. I went through the drive thru 2 times after they had told us the medicine would be ready today in the morning. I had called they had told us it would be ready in 15 minutes. No one owned up to it when i had showed up and had told us its not going to be ready. Sierra is the most unprofessional employee you have, very disrespectful. I will be starting a case with corporate to get her terminated no one deserves to be treated the way I was. If management wants to see the I was treated my dash cam was recording while I was in the drive thru.

The best Walgreens I have ever been too. The pharmacy follows up with you and staff very helpful.

Never argue with a customer. Apologize and fix it immediately. That's the other thing the customer pays for outside of a product or service.

Love this Walgreens never crowded not like the rest of the Walgreens in and out if you are in hurry like me
