Carmen's Schwinn

I’ve taken three bikes to this place and every time I get phenomenal service. Carmen is a very pleasant man to talk to and won’t try to upsell you on anything. I’ve told many friends about this place and they also have nothing but good things to say. This is my favorite place to go within the Chicago land area. Nice to be able to take your bike in without having to pay an arm and a leg.

I brought in 2 bikes for repair. Carmen was diligent and honest. He said 1 of the bikes was not worth the money repairing it. So he turned down easy money in favor of saving his customer money.nnHe previously fixed my son's bike last year. I would recommend this wonderful neighborhood business.

The service I received was excellent. I had pedals on my road bike that were stuck and would not come off. I took them to multiple shops and they said they could not get them off neither. At Carmen’s, I was in and out of the shop within 15 minutes with a new set of pedals installed and my old ones off.

Has good bikes reasonably priced, and gives you quality service
