2 Bici Bicycle Shop

Brought 2 bikes here at the beginning of summer. I was told they wouldn’t have it the same day, Friday, but they’ll have it done the next day, Saturday. Ok that’s no problem. Saturday passes and no call. I call Sunday to see if they were done, and I’m told they’re not but they’ll be the next ones up and they’ll be done before close. Again no problem, must’ve been a busy Saturday. The following Friday comes around and I call again. Again they’re still not done, I tell the guy if they’re not going to fix them then I’ll take them somewhere else. He says no we’re going to get them done, they’re up next again. The next day I show up to take the bikes done or not. Again still not done. They told me one bike wasn’t worth putting new chain on and the other one was ok to.I tell them I’m just going to take them home, but again they told me no they were going to fix the bike that was ok. After ten minutes he was done. Instead of telling me each time I called that one bike wasn’t worth fixing or fixing the one that was ok to fix, they decided to push me off to the side until I came down ready to just go elsewhere. I’m guessing if you’re not already a regular customer they will not give you decent service. Not a very good way of picking up new customers. I ended up taking the bike to someone with a home shop. It cost me the same amount to get everything done on the bike they said was worthless as it cost just to do the chain at 2bici and it was done the next day as promised. Will not be returning here anytime soon.

Wonderful people who work there but really pricey compared to other shops. It shouldn’t cost over $40 to install a starnut into a fork.

Been there multiple times for maintenance and bought a hybrid bike. Always a great experience!
