Hello, I am the repair shop lead mechanic at Terry's Byke Haus. I can tell you that not all repairs are easy on bicycles & we take great pride in taking care of customer bicycle needs. I check every single bike personally after repair is made to make sure it is done correctly. My goal as your bicycle mechanic is to make sure your bike is safe for you or any family member to ride & save you money in the long run. These guys are great. My family have been going to them for decades. Quick, professional service! I took my son's bike in on 3.18.21 for an adjustment to the brakes and it was fixed in a flash! No waiting at all. Friendly, great service. I highly recommend them.

Excellent Service. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Went in to get a new bike for my 7yr old son and they were did an amazing job helping find the best bike for my son and adjusting it as well as allowing him to test it out and make sure it was the right fit. I highly recommend this shop over online ordering or chain retail.

I have never posted a bad review on line and always believe in supporting small businesses but this place is the worst. Brought my bike in for a new chain and a tune up. Was told it would be ready in a week to ten days. After ten days, I called to check on the status. The employee was rude and annoyed that I called. He said the turn around time is two weeks and probably an additional two days. After 21 days, I demanded my bike back....three weeks wasted. They should learn to be honest with customers. I brought my bike to another local bike shop in Lagrange Park...they were much more professional.
