I had no problem with Freeman. In fact, they completed my project earlier than the appointment date. Everything was fine. It works! They were here, did it, then left.
We had roof and wood siding damage due to a hailstorm - Jim Penrod dutifully stuck with us through MULTIPLE insurance adjusters. He worked with us, and our insurance for months to make sure that our damage was appropriately covered. The work went smoothly and professionally. I would highly recommend Freeman to anyone, and would use them again! Thanks, Jim & Jeff!
They had to take the satellite dish down, and the person who came to realign it mentioned that when they put it back, it was almost perfectly aligned! In addition, he was impressed that they caulked around the mount, which she said was very unusual. I would highly recommend
AWSOME SERVICE! Our insurance agent called them on a Saturday afternoon and they were out with in an hour to tarp our roof. Shingles were everywhere. This was almost 2 weeks ago. Freeman's and State Farm worked hand in hand. The roof was replaced today! 2 weeks later. Incredible service. So so happy!
Freeman Exteriors was a great company to work with! Very responsive and quick in getting my roof inspected and repaired. They cleaned up after and checked in with me after the repair was done! Thanks for great work!
