My son's mother in law lives here. Very nice community just not enough parking
Once you enter a unit, they are very nice inside. Parking is limited. The outside walls of a few of the units need some attention. Staining and discoloration noted on the exterior walls.
Esthetics are going down. They are now owning some of the units and not as strict on their own units as they are the personally owned ones.
I see some improvement but nothing to justify the high land fees. I can't see any advantage to buy because you end up almost paying the cost of rent. Might as well rent
I know some people that live there and it's not a bad place to live. As with all neighborhoods they change so it doesn't matter where you live you still got to watch your back and know your surroundings. But other than that I find no problem with it.
