Good price. Suits very comfortable, felt like a compacted apartment. Pool is still closed and we found a bottle of fire ball in the towels. They have us new towels but it did make me wonder hope clean it could have been. Typically this would result in me giving low stars but there staff was so polite I'm adding a few just for them
Loves staying here. Planned on staying 4 nights. Ended up staying the whole week! And definitely glad I did. Excellent customer service and great prices.
Noisy unless you're on the top floor. Even then, you can still hear any movement from adjacent rooms. Doors opening and closing, showers, everything can be heard. Breakfast was lackluster. Pre-packaged bagels and a single cup of yogurt was all that was available. The bedroom door frame was installed incorrectly and it was impossible to close the door. This experience was very disappointing within the Hilton brand.nnEdit: The GM had already emailed me saying they were sorry I was disappointed and that was all. I don't see any point in reaching back out to them.
It was a wonderful experience. Room was clean and Beautiful. Staff was so positive and polite. Will stay again
Great stay, even with the covid. Would have been a 5 star but the pool was closed. We enjoyed our time with family with the shared doors.
