Great motel to stay at when visiting. Friendly front desk staff. Great prices for a short stay on a family trip. Will definitely come again when in town!

This place is underrated by far. Don't let the slight language barrier of the owner scare you away. The place is close to everything you need. Walgreens..the bus line..the marijuana dispensary..banks..and lots of choices for food. The rooms are spacious..clean and the owner and his son are very polite and accommodating. It is a clean..no frills motel in the heart of Urbana. Plus their cool neon sign is really neat and well maintained..like a motel sign straight out of the Las Vegas Strip in the 60's. Support your local businesses and give them a shot.

Stayed for an extended time in March of 2020. Manager was very professional, courteous, and kind. Rooms were very clean. We will definitely choose the Courtesy over any other motels in Urbana, on our next stay. Danny and Jodi

Staff is friendly and responsive. Inexpensive and you get to park right outside your room!

The reason for 5 is because of the cleanliness of the rooms and the exceptional manager and the staff. Extremely accommodating and super friendly. Will be going back when need a room in Urbana.
