Very helpful and friendly. We were blown off by Durst (they wanted to do hold the bike for up to 2 weeks and wouldn't say what it might cost us).nnTotally different experience at Itty Bitty! Guy let us explain the problem, diagnosed and did the adjustment on the spot. Provided advice and empowered my daughter to do her own adjustments and repairs. No charge, so we bought some supplies. Great atmosphere as well. As we left the guy rode out to give us a few extra pointers about the quick release. Pretty much bike shop Nirvana.

Wonderful little shop, close to campus and downtown Urbana, open when many other local shops are closed. Great friendly expert service. While you wait you can browse a large collection of vintage LPs for sale. Highly recommend the Itty Bitty Bike Shop.
