I have lived here for over 30 years. The original owners were the only ones that cared about this community. The newest owners, Flintstone Properties, that reside in Canada, biggest concern is raising our lot rent to match communities that are much nicer. anhave many

This place is the worse place to get a place in no maintenance they take 4 months to get them to do anything

We had no water almost all day weds. They put up boil water notices that day also. We got water back for a bit but it is now Sunday and still have a boil notice And still not enough water pressure for a shower. If I didn't have family to help me I would be screwed. How can u come home from a hard job and not be able to shower. For almost a week?!? I know our trailer court just got bought out by a California company. I bet their state laws would not agree with this at all. Ppl can't live without water in 5 degree weather!

Beautiful place to live and I will be trying to get a place close by so I can visit with my in laws
