The property is extremely well kept and the bed was very comfortable. The attention to detail and craftsmanship in construction and refurbishments was very apparent. The innkeeper is a wonderful lady who made a delicious breakfast for us, shared the history of the house, and chatted with us while we ate. We even got a tour of the other rooms so we could pick out our room for the next time we come to Fairfield. Don't think twice about staying here. Book it!
Honestly, the best bed and breakfast we have been to. The woman running it is a delight and makes the stay not only comforting but also enjoyable. Our room was clean and beautiful. 10/10 stay.
We loved our experience! The Inn was very clean, absolutely gorgeous, comfortable, great linens/mattress's and great food. I'd reccomend it and stay here again and again. Thank you for a lovely experience.nnBut seriously the breakfast and employees made our stay even better.
Did not stay, but toured and enjoyed a meal in its historic halls. Very stylish and comfortable looking bedrooms with updated yet antique feel. The attic rooms were by far the neatest. Would recommend staying to anyone looking for a unique room and board in the local area for a night or two.
We had been looking forward to this experience and it did not disappoint. The room was clean and comfortable. The food was amazing and the service was friendly and prompt. I am originally from Fairfield and can tell you that not only is this by far the best option in town, it is the best in the area.
