Deserves zero stars. My husband stopped to visit a friend up there and the owner sent the cops after him to issue a no trespassing ticket. So if you're going to use this place don't expect to actually set foot on the property.
Hard to get into parking lot after they said that there was truck parking. Front desk person kept yelling at me for someone else hitting something even though my tire tracks were apparent. He then insulted me about my driving continuously even though I'be been driving for over 15 years.
Great place pretty quite. No problems ..not much to talk bout...
Hotel of Horrors! Food in refrig from previous guests, refrig was unplugged so you can imagine the smell. Microwave had tons of dried food inside. There was a Pepsi bottle on the floor that had been used as a spit bottle for chew, a pair of socks and a toy truck. The mirror in the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in six months or more, paint chipping on walls, no hot water for shower, cardboard and tape over holes in glass at top of doors. Complained, excuses made from owner about not wanting to push housekeeping during this time, no refund.
They are really good ppl and old places like this are being forgotten and why? Because a nicer fancier hotel is up the road for 40$ or more even? When the hospitality is horrible at those places but the places like this are where you find down to earth honest laid BK ppl.nSo if you want to pay more go for it but I'd rather be in a place where I know if I need something they will be right there to lend a hand. It's more than a hotel. They are kinda like family. A family that will give you a free room to start a few nights in if you run into hard times and won't bat an eye about it. That's the old way that's the right way, that should still be everyone's way
