The best customer service in the world is when you hear back from a company within 24 hours and they do what they say they are going to do...from showing up on time to completing the job.. I've always believed that consumes should never have to chase someone down to give them business. Jake with Upper Deck Roofing provides GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. He does what he says he's going to do and the follow-thru is SO appreciated. Their quality of work is also noted. We put a covered deck addition onto our home and they did amazing work! Very pleased with the quality of the work and the responsiveness of Jake and his team. They worked very quickly and did a great job. The roofing team, siding installers and the carpenter that did some custom work were all very professional and cleaned up the work site each day.
