This place is 100% unreliable and a complete joke. They repeatedly no call no show and they ghosted us for over a month. We're pretty sure we've been scammed and they ran off with our money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! At the very least, they are extremely unprofessional and cannot be trusted. Do not give them a dime.

Make sure everything is perfect before you give them the final check. Had our roof done 3 months ago. After several phone calls about a problem, they are no longer answering our calls. Had to call another company to resolve the problem and we still have not received our warranty.

After months of talking finally got the roof work done. Had some issues that were a nightmare to get sorted out with every excuse possible. Finally got those fixed and then chris ghosted me before we began doing the siding. Workman ship leaves a lot to be desired.

As a first time home buyer, you take many risks and put your trust into many people to make your house a home. SOS Restoration was one of the best companies I have had the pleasure of working with. They went above and beyond putting a new roof on my house and the customer service was exceptional. It was very easy to stay in contact, communicate ideas and get regular updates on the process. I would recommend them to anyone looking for repairs or like me, a new roof entirely!
