Never alert me when things are ready, always having issues with my insurance, and when I call to check the status of my medication refills, they are very short and snappy (rude) with me about text alerts that they don’t ever send me. They confirm my phone number, then it happens again. Giving it one more shot before I go to CVS from now on.

They were very kind to my father. Ordering OTC items they didn't carry for him. I've never had any problems with my own scripts either.
