Carlin Villa Motel

Stayed in room 255, February 24, 2021. Worst experience of my life. Filthy room, asked for room with king size bed, was a full sized bed. Hot water took 10 minutes. Tub, walls etc in room filthy. Lamp shades had enough dust on them to plant corn in. Will NEVER stay there again!!! Disgusting!! No coffee either anytime. Definitely not worth even one star, but we did survive!!! Never again!!!!

I wouldnt have given any stars at all to be honest. I reserved a room there. I live 300 miles away...when I got there and saw the room....it had a burning leaves smell with a strong perfume to attempt to cover it up...the sheets were stained and the mattress looked like it had seen WAY better days. Would NOT recommend.

Roomy, very clean rooms. Great coffee and muffins in the morning. Extremely friendly staff. We called a few hours before we arrived. The owner turned on our air conditioning for us so it would be nice and cool after a hot day on the road. Phenomenal prices. We were given adjoining rooms with refrigerators and microwaves as well. I highly recommend this awesome stop on historic Route 66!
