Best Western Plus Green Mill Village Hotel & Suites Convention Center

Decent hotel, has potential for great! Not at all pleased with the communication from the front desk. Apparently the housekeepers are not emptying trash or changing towels in rooms. Oddly the motel requires mask for everyone however the maid has yet to wear a mask so that's strange. Normally when you stay multiple nights a person would be informed of new processes at check-in! Now they have over charged after check out.

Stayed here just one night. The front staff wad great and the lady in the kitchen was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice, clean and smelled nice.nThey have my business next time I'm in the area. No purpose paying the amount for another less than desirable place

We have stayed here many times since it opened. It’s a very comfortable hotel with good staff. I don’t even search for another hotel in the area. It’s the best one for miles away.

I spent 2 nights with some friends in this Hotel to visit the Amish country. I liked the room. Big and well cleaned. The bed was very comfy. Also the TV had a lot of channels available, and that is nice because it is not the case in all the hotels... There is a pool but it was not super clean so we only went once... for 10 min. The breakfast was great, but I wish there would be more choices. I guess it is better in normal times (before Covid). I really liked the fact that most of the furniture are hand made by Amish. The lady at the front desk was nice

Have stayed at this hotel many times and it’s always clean, comfortable and the staff is very courteous. Even with the challenges during this pandemic, the limited breakfast was good and the cleaning staff very willing to accommodate and provide extra towels and supplies. We are never disappointed when we stay here!
