Welcome Inn - Quincy, IL

It's very much in need of some tlc If I was owner comfort in it would be transitional housing small apts. Subsidized in house . 3 month stay .Move out return after 45 days.

I am currently living at the welcome inn and if you have any type of knowledge about these types of places that cater to long term stays for people who need something affordable to get back on your feet, then you would realize that this place isn't bad. My room was clean. Yes, it was parsley furnished, but people like me tend to have everything we own with us, so this really isn't an issue. I moved right in, and made it feel like a home. I have a solid roof over my head, hot water, a fridge and microwave to cook with and cable tv all for under $500 a month. They allow pets, they allow families, and I can get mail delivered here. I have a real address for job applications. I really don't understand why everyone is being so judgemental about this place. Yes, there are some people that argue and fight, but that's every apartment complex ever. The office employees are friendly and I haven't had one maintenance or housekeeping staff be rude at all. I would stay here again in the future and would recommend to someone needing a roof over their heads.

I moved in, in september. there was nothing in my room except a fridge microwave and a bed that sat on floor. not big deal. its a place to stay. well I work evenings and I have been waiting t I come home after work and take a hot shower for weeks now. they keep saying they are working on fixing it. for weeks? I know im not going to pay full price if I have to pay to take shower somewhere else. I bought my own roach stuff and my own furniture. it pay my bill ahead of time every week. why cant i have hot water when I get home from work?

Bed bugs galore! Dont stay here unless you want to take an infestation home with you

Needs to be bought and made into a shelter/treatment center it's drug infested, and dirty sparlesy furniture rooms non working appliances and toilets bad place not worth the stay
