I reached out to Decorah Bicycles a couple months ago looking for a Specialized Rockhopper 29. I am new to mountain biking and after communicating via email regarding what type of trails I would be on Travis recommended the Rockhopper Elite 29. I've had it for a month (now Dec. 23) and I've been riding it all over West Salem, WI on a regular basis and make it a point to find some hills to ride up and over. Love the bike and the friendly service and advice. I've also rented bikes from the shop and rode the trout run trail which is a lot of fun.

Saw the bike shop while visiting the area and riding the Trout Run trail. Stopped in to look at accessories. Wife's bike has new handle bars, ergonomic grips and a morror. My bike has a new bottom bearing bracket that replaced one that was installed a week ago at another shop and not assembled properly ( not tightened correctly and cross threaded), new ergonomic grips, riding gloves and a pair of socks. Travis provided so much information about maintenance that impressed me. This man knows his stuff and I would highly recommend this shop for his service and expertise.

Shopped here many times in the past and stopped by today to grab a helmet. Always excellent service and they only carry the best products at a great price.

My husband and I rented e-bikes to use during our stay in Decorah to ride the Trout Run Trail. Travis was easy to communicate with via email and quickly responded to our questions. When we picked up our bikes, the staff was very kind and helpful.
