Great experience all the way around! Outstanding service started prior to the actual bike purchase, and proceeded through the purchase, tune-ups, bike supplies... highly recommend this shop for all your biking needs.

Unbelievable service, stopped in to see if my bike could be repaired. I figured I would leave it but he said bring it in, dropped what he was doing and changed the rear sprocket and bearings and we on the road in less than a half hour. Was only going to charge me $23 dollars, I had to persuade him to take 50. Very nice person, great experience. Will definitely go back. RLM.

I was in Decorah for a week and needed work done on my bike (install new rear derailleur and chain, plus I asked if they could do something with my rear wheel, which was way out of true). While I am semi-handy with bike maintenance, I wanted the professional touch to dial in the shifting. I brought in my own parts, so the cost was for a couple of cables and the mechanic's time - very reasonable. I picked up the bike two days later, and all the work was perfect, even the rear wheel. From the first few revolutions of the crank, I knew I had made the right call. The drive train on my '06 Trek was once again buttery smooth. Recently, I had a 150 mile ride and the bike worked flawlessly. I will continue to work with Oneota River Cycles because of their outstanding work and service.

Stopped in with my front bike wheel (from out of town) and needed a new tube. He stopped what he was doing and fixed it while I waited, explaining and demonstrating what he was doing. Beautiful bright example of human decency which is badly needed in this town. Grateful AF.

Stopped in today. It was a mistake...one that won't be repeated. Wanted to make a small purchase. A man who I assumed was the owner not only couldn't be bothered, he was snarky and rude. That's fine. It's his business. He can treat people however he wants, just like I can shop wherever I want. It won't be here.
