CCI did phenomenal job on our kitchen and meeting room renovation at the Food Bank of Iowa - Ottumwa Distribution Center. Everything about the experience was beyond our expectations. From the sharp quote and quick start, to helping us problem solve along the way, through the final sweep up and wipe down, they were a class act! Everyone was courteous, tidy, and quiet throughout the project. For a major demo it barely interrupted our normal work schedule. We look forward to working with them in the future.

It was nearly impossible to get them to come out and fix problems that weren’t done right the first time. I am still working on issues they didn’t do right the first time. Another contractor told me the did a poor job or used cheap materials in many places on my roof. They just don’t care.

Christner Contacting, Inc. is an excellent company to work with. We really liked the work they did on our first project, so we continued to use them for future remodeling. They deliver quality results in a timely manner.

I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with such a talented and hardworking staff. I really appreciate how easy the staff made the building process. I would recommend Christner Contracting to anyone looking for a great contractor.
